If you've ever met a true soccer fan then you know saying they are "intense" can be an understatement. When we took on the challenge of revealing the Energy's new kit (uniforms) the audience was glued to the screen's unveiling like watching a penalty shootout in the World Cup.
To generate hype for the new soccer season and increase merch sales.
To build anticipation for the new jersey, we matched it with the same anticipation that’s felt before game time. We shot in 8 different locations with 4 different groups to showcase the breadth of the Energy fanbase. Throughout the piece, different glimpses of the jersey were revealed either by players or fans, but it wasn’t until the very end that we saw a hero shot of 3 Energy players wearing the full kit.
