• Coordinate with Film team in pre-production, production, and post-production
• Lead internal and external meetings to assist our Marketing Strategist’s in overall project management
• Host casting calls, and secure talent selections for audio and video
• Coordinate all assets of production, pre through post (i.e. coordinating with outside vendors, booking talent, handling locations, communicating client expectations, etc)
• Manage small and large scale video production projects from start to finish by coordinating with clients and Flight Crew members, organizing within our project management software
• Assist our New Business Person with proposals by helping outline potential projects
• Assist our Head of Film as needed
• Lead, manage and assist all producers, associate producers, and assistant producers with their work
• Ensure successful delivery of quality videos

• At least 4+ years experience of experience with coordinating large-scale projects
• At least 3+ years in a creative agency or film production
• Experience with Frame.io
• Attention to detail, with an open minded and creative approach to problem solving
• Excellent communication skills; customer service and interpersonal experience preferred
• Excellent time management skills; managing Film projects from start to finish
• Ability to work well on a team; giving and receiving constructive feedback

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• May be required to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time
