This Policy applies to information collected through the Website. It does not govern personal information Flight processes solely on behalf of clients under separate agreements or information governed by a different notice.

9. OKLAHOMA RESIDENTS

The Oklahoma Computer Data Privacy Act becomes effective January 1, 2027 and applies only to businesses meeting specified processing thresholds. If and to the extent the law applies to Flight, Oklahoma residents may exercise the rights provided by that law through the methods described above.

10. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS AND DO-NOT-TRACK DISCLOSURE

California's Online Privacy Protection Act requires certain commercial websites collecting personal information from California consumers to post a privacy policy. California residents may submit applicable privacy requests through the contact methods in Section 8.

Some browsers provide a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is not a universally accepted standard for interpreting every Do Not Track signal, the Website may not respond to those signals. We will process legally recognized opt-out preference signals where required by applicable law.
