At Flight, we treat our annual State of the Company as more than a recap of the previous year. It’s a reset button. It is an intentional moment to step out of the day-to-day, celebrate what’s working and align around the future. It reinforces our core values and strengthens accountability. It also reminds us that culture is built on engagement, trust, and shared ownership of direction.
Looking back, 2025 proved what’s possible when focus, discipline, and creativity are aligned at Flight. We didn’t just aim higher for our clients, we showed them that Flight leads with strategy, confidence, and vision.
One of our clearest wins in 2025 was our ability to think bigger within real-world constraints. We developed ambitious ideas grounded in strategy and balanced by realistic budgets.
Our clients entrusted us with high-visibility projects, including our work on the University of Oklahoma’s “The Palace Project” stadium campaign, Dobson Fiber’s “Luckily, There’s Dobson Fiber” and the new Oklahoma Golf Trail launch. We were willing to lead clients beyond the brief and occasionally outside their comfort zone to success.
We enter 2026 with a clear theme: Taking Boldness to New Heights. The new year isn’t about becoming something new. It’s about doubling down on what works and elevating how we show up both internally and externally.
Our priorities are simple and focused:
- Flight is leading with strategy, not deliverables. We are creating clarity and results, not just executing the next tactic.
- Flight continues to focus on long-term partnerships as we champion creative and strategic success for our clients.
- Flight continues moving upmarket as we look to deepen partnerships with clients who value strategy and measurable growth.
- Flight is strengthening our operating system so growth feels intentional, attainable and sustainable.
We’re moving forward boldly while ensuring that bold work never comes at the cost of our people. Success in 2026 will be measurable, impactful, and sustainable: stronger partnerships, higher trust, clearer priorities, and work that elevates with intention.
